Unfortunately this website is mainly in Finnish, but here's a short description what this all is about...

Taivalkunta Beat was founded in 1997 in the city of broad roads and rubber boots, Nokia. Nowadays it is maybe better known of the mobile phones... and of course of Taivalkunta Beat! The common intrests of the band are 60's music, a Finnish music called "rautalanka" and beat music.

Taivalkunta Beat has played in the greatest dancehouses in Finland, numerous restaurants and many special events like Viking Line's Yesterday Show. The first album was published in October 2000, and includes Radio Top 20 hits "Ada Ofelia" and "No niin Mary Lou". The band has also visited in Finnish TV2.

In autumn 2002 Taivalkunta Beat signed a contract with Warner Music Finland - the latest album was released in June 2003.
